Our products are natural ingredients and small batches therefore products are made to order. The ingredients will be listed on the label stating it is the same product.
I do not use toxic preservatives or carcinogens in my products.

Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for tracking.
Once your order ships you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number. Once your item ships, we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. Please contact them and hold them responsible for package delays.

Please reach out to me within 10 days of your order reading as delivered if you have not received your order so that we can file claims for you. If you wait longer than 10 days to reach out to me, I will not be able to assist you.

If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact me for further assistance. Sweet Solitude cannot be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Sweet Solitude can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers, but I will do my part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and other issues that may arise, and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery on time. In the rare event that this happens, Sweet Solitude cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged packages. I will do everything I can to assist with the delivery of your products. However, I cannot be held accountable for the shipping carrier’s actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.
Sweet Solitude is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a carrier's matter. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost.
You have 7 days after the delivery date to reach out to us regarding any order issue, after that I cannot take further action

The oil-based products should be used within a year of purchase.
Please keep all products in a cool environment.
The Shea Butter products should be kept away from the sun/heat as it can cause the Shea Butter to liquefy.
Before opening, refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Due to the nature of my products, we DO NOT allow returns.
Each order is hand crafted to order so make sure you are purchasing the correct scent.
Once an order ships, we cannot alter or change or refund. If your items have not been shipped, they can be cancelled or exchanged for an item of the same value within 2 hours of your purchase. After that your order is final.
